One thing I forgot to mention in my story about Bank of America's "Risk Management" closing my account is that I have been going into that same bank EVERY month for 9 years to cash my child support/alimony check..and EVERY month they ask me to become a customer. I have refrained because it is 20 miles from my home, but now that I work near the bank I figured "why not?". I finally opened 2 accounts, 1 checking & 1 savings. Since my ex husband banks there as well, he could now just transfer the money in to my account on its due date.

Now, read my first post and you'll see how they treated me once they got me!
