My husband travels with his business and he uses a BOA credit card to pay for plane tickets and hotels. He is currently (3/23) in San Diego and we live on the East coast. When he went to use his card it was denied. Upon further investigation I realized that BOA reduced his credit limit by $5000.00!!!!!!!! We pay this card thousands of dollars each month and this was a total shock to us. Now my husband is stuck in San Diego---and using the house account now as this is our only credit card!!! When you call the service number you have to wait for a text message?
? Holy cow what is this bank up to. I think the best thing to do is contact our local governor as our new president said to report abuse from companies that received stimulus dollars.
